Freelance Full-Stack Developer
- Build and maintain websites and web apps for small businesses in Ireland and India, including housepaintsdublin.ie (Next.js), kindee.ie (React, Vite), afroozperfumes.com (WooCommerce) and alkhairrestaurant.ie (WordPress).
- Built PokerUrMemory (pokerurmemory.com) for a client: a multiplayer card game for web, iOS and Android using Next.js, TypeScript, a WebSocket game server, Stripe payments and leaderboards, released through a closed beta on Google Play.
- Run projects end to end: requirements, quotation and proposals, design, development, deployment, documentation and ongoing support, working directly with clients.
- Set up on-page SEO (page titles, meta descriptions, sitemaps) and performance basics for client websites, supporting their online presence and promotion.
- Integrate third-party services into client products, including Stripe payments, n8n automations and LLM APIs.
Software Engineering Intern (Machine Learning)
- Worked on EMAP, an ear-recognition biometric model, covering data preparation, training, evaluation and serving the model through an API.
- Built backend services with Django and Django REST Framework, and front-end features in React.
- Reduced EMAP API latency by 30%, supporting more than 10,000 users.
- Containerised services with Docker and helped automate deployments with CI/CD, cutting deployment time by about 30%.
